McKinley is always looking for qualified IMMs® like you! Refer your friends and associates to McKinley and earn as much as $1,100 for each and every referral!

RULES:
- Anyone not already affiliated with McKinley will be considered an eligible referral. The referring IMM will not be eligible for an iReferral award if their referral is an applicant who is already under consideration and who has been engaged in discussions with McKinley’s Recruiting and Placement Department.
- There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by a single IMM.
- If two IMMs refer the same person, the IMM making the earlier referral will be eligible for the iReferral award.
- To be eligible for the iReferral award, ALL referrals must be submitted through iReferral@mckinleyinc.com.
AWARDS:
- We have defined a two tiered award structure that will allow a referring IMM to earn as much as $1,100 for each and every referral brought to McKinley.
- The referring IMM will be awarded $100 for every “qualified” referral. For this purpose, “qualified” referral is defined as an applicant who has successfully completed McKinley’s interview process and is eligible for placement.
- In addition, the referring IMM will be awarded another $1,000 when their referral is placed on a McKinley project and bills their first 160 hours.
- Payment will be received 45 days following the end of the month in which the referral bills his/her first 160 hours.
