Interim Placement
Our Interim Marketing ManagersSM, or IMMs® have the proven credentials of permanent hires but prefer the independence and flexibility of freelance marketing jobs. These top-notch marketing consultants help clients fill critical roles such as managing special projects and campaigns or providing coverage for employees on extended leave.
Clients pay only for what they need and use, and overall costs are a fraction of hiring a full-time employee, marketing agency, or consulting firm. This on-demand approach helps clients avoid scenarios created by lengthy and unnecessary financial commitments or an undefined scope of work.
We never lock clients into choosing a particular IMM, and clients always have the right to end an interim engagement at any time. We work with clients to get our marketing placements started and stay in touch throughout the project to ensure complete satisfaction.
Unlike other providers, McKinley often can fill a client need in less than 24 hours. This is due in part to our investment in our proprietary business process management system and its underlying processes, policies, and procedures. We can search our database of available McKinley IMMs by specific expertise, years of experience, and industry type to find the right resource in moments.
Contract to Hire
Our contract-to-hire service provides clients with a marketing professional on a trial basis. These are 1099 contractors for as long as the trial period lasts —ending when the individual converts from a marketing consultant to a full-time employee.
Permanent Placement
Also known as "direct-hire," McKinley searches for a permanent candidate based on a highly detailed job description from the client. Our job is finding the candidates who meet each and every requirement in terms of level, salary, and experience. McKinley also takes into consideration a cultural and personality fit.
