Requirement
A healthcare client contacted McKinley Marketing Partners when they had numerous product marketing plans that needed to be written and no staff to accomplish the task. The marketing plans focused on key products the company was developing in conjunction with the implementation of partner sponsorships.
Solution
The Interim Marketing Managersm (IMM®) researched and developed four new marketing plans. The plans included supplier description and background, market situational analysis, product portfolios, product features and benefits, pricing strategy, customer profiles, marketing strategy, segmentation and messaging, and competitive analysis. She also compiled information regarding supplier selection for a contract services portfolio. The IMM edited and produced market assessments and major studies. She also managed promotional campaigns including direct mail, internal publications, and internal announcements. Through the IMM’s efforts, the client was able to maintain partner relationships that were vital to its success.
