Requirement
A healthcare organization approached McKinley Marketing Partners when they wanted to use a different technology medium to market their online broadcasts. With the client already behind schedule and no one on staff with multimedia experience, they were going to have difficulty meeting their deadline.
Solution
McKinley found an Interim Marketing Managersm (IMM®) with production management experience who was familiar with the new technology medium. She set the production schedule, conducted a needs assessment, and collected multiple bids from technology vendors. Once the vendor was chosen, she managed the budget, timelines, and vendor relations. She completed the project on time and under budget, and received recognition from the head of the division, as well as leadership in the marketing communications department.
