Referral Reward Programs

McKinley is willing to offer you a reward of $500 for an IMM recommendation that leads to placement and a registered 160 billable hours. Here is how it works:

  • Anyone not already affiliated or already under consideration with McKinley will be considered an eligible referral.
  • Any IMM already affiliated with McKinley will be considered eligible to refer new marketers to McKinley.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by a single IMM.
  • If two IMMs refer the same person, the IMM making the earlier referral will be eligible for the iReferral award.
  • To be eligible for the iReferral award, all referrals must be submitted to iReferral@mckinleyinc.com.
  • Make sure to tell your referral to select the “iReferral” option as the source on the online application.

On the other side, McKinley will you offer you $500 if you successfully refer a project that has taken on an IMM for 160 billable hours. Here is how it works:

  • Any IMM already affiliated with McKinley will be considered eligible to refer new potential projects to McKinley.
  • The referring IMM will not be eligible for an award if McKinley has already identified the potential opportunity.
  • McKinley reserves the right to determine if a project is within our scope of services. Projects deemed unsuitable, and therefore not pursued by McKinley, will not be eligible for an award.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made by a single IMM.
  • If two IMMs refer the same contact with an opportunity, the IMM making the earlier referral will be eligible for the award.
  • To be eligible for the iProjectReferral award, all referrals must be submitted to iProjectReferral@mckinleyinc.com.
