Channel Research and Support
A financial services client called McKinley Marketing Partners when they needed a marketing consultant to determine the unmet needs of existing channels and to identify the needs of new potential channels.
McKinley provided an Interim Marketing ManagerSM (IMMSM) with mortgage industry experience and an understanding of lender operations to conduct research and manage the marketing needs of internal clients.
Reporting to the senior manager responsible for the channels, the IMM performed research and analysis, attended team meetings, and conducted interviews with internal clients to determine their needs.
The IMM developed work plans, timelines, presentations, and research reports.
She identified issues and trends, while leading work groups in the development of solutions.
Once the new channel was developed, the IMM wrote and distributed a final report which provided the client with a roadmap for the creation of future channels.
