Marketing Communications Management
A healthcare client required a marketing communications consultant to aid in the launch of a new business unit. The objective of this new unit was to create the perception of enhanced value in membership through value-added propositions.
The business unit had previously attempted to manage their own marketing communications projects without the right expertise, and in turn, the project was unsuccessful. They turned to McKinley Marketing Partners because they needed someone who could step in, lead the marketing communications initiatives, and get the projects on track.
McKinley delivered an Interim Marketing ManagerSM (IMMSM) who began by developing PowerPoint presentations for executives to use to as an introduction to business unit objectives and strategies to internal and external audiences.
She edited internal announcements, reviewed web site materials, wrote fact sheets, and researched/negotiated rights for the use of photographic images for publication on intranet/Internet postings.
Through her efforts, the IMM was able to successfully launch the new business unit, ensuring all project deadlines were met.
