An international consumer product corporation was facing a staff shortage in its three marketing channels due to maternity leaves, vacations, and other events.

The head of the business unit approached McKinley looking for an individual with a strong consumer packaged goods background and project management experience to manage a multitude of marketing projects



The Interim Marketing Managersm (IMM®) contributed to a variety of projects during a five-month period, including a:

  • Competitive analysis for presentation to the board of directors
  • Brand overview/business proposal for a potential customer
  • Category management presentation for a sales incentive program
