A healthcare organization approached McKinley Marketing Partners when they wanted to use a different technology medium to market their online broadcasts.
With the client already behind schedule and no one on staff with multimedia experience, they were going to have difficulty meeting their deadline
McKinley found an Interim Marketing ManagerSM (IMMSM) with production management experience who was familiar with the new technology medium. During her work on the project, the IMM’s accomplishments and responsibilities included:
- Setting the production schedule
- Conducting a needs assessment
- Collecting multiple bids from technology vendors
- Managing the budget, timelines and vendor relations
She completed the project on time and under budget, and received recognition from the head of the division, as well as leadership in the marketing communications department.
