A McKinley Day Out at the Nationals’ Ballpark
We’ll admit – we were a bit skeptical about our quarter two team event taking place at a Nationals game during a record-breaking heat wave. It wasn’t until the day of the event that our CEO Michelle Boggs revealed that we’d be watching the Nationals’ take on the Florida Marlins from a suite — the ultimate way to escape the heat.
The McKinley team enjoyed ballpark chili dogs and an adult beverage or two. It was nice to sit back, chat, and watch America’s favorite pastime together. Our staff is what makes us successful and our quarterly team events provide us with time to relax and get to know one another better, which allows us to work together more effectively. In an industry that is constantly changing, it is always nice to see the enthusiasm, commitment, and team spirit stay consistent.
