McKinley Marketing Partners Promotes Employees
McKinley has promoted Christopher McKinley, to the position of senior director of business development and Martin Hendershot, to the role of director of client services.
Christopher McKinley (no relation) joined McKinley in December of 2010, as a director of business development. Since that time, Christopher has proven to have a gift for matching client culture and hiring needs with the best candidates. As Senior Director of Business Development, Christopher will continue to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and serve as a mentor to new business development team members.
Martin Hendershot joined McKinley in September of 2008, as a marketing coordinator. Since that time, Martin has been promoted into the role of client services manager, overseeing the client on-boarding process. As McKinley’s new Director of Client Services, Martin will manage the client services, marketing, and recruiting departments reporting to the senior vice president of client services. His responsibilities include serving as a member of the executive team, providing strategic analysis and planning, directing the customer relationship lifecycle and overseeing the company’s recruiting and marketing efforts.
“Both Martin and Christopher have both been invaluable members of Team McKinley,” says Michelle Boggs, president and CEO of McKinley Marketing Partners. “As a veteran at McKinley, Martin has been an integral part of bringing about positive change to the organization in terms of how we recruit and conduct business. Since joining Team McKinley, Christopher has become an important member of the business development team. He has established client relationships with some of our most important clients and coached new business development team members.”
