McKinley is glad to announce that Victoria Flood has joined its team as the new director of business development serving middle-market companies within the Washington, DC metro area.
We recognize the thriving middle-market in the Washington, DC metro area and the issues they face when looking to hire top marketing talent. McKinley plans to expand its reach by providing a dedicated resource to this business segment and has asked Victoria to lead the charge. Victoria’s relationship-based, consultative approach to addressing client needs, matched by a strong marketing background, will serve her well as she looks to help clients fill their marketing needs.

Victoria comes to McKinley Marketing Partners with an MBA from George Washington University and over 17 years of varied marketing experience. She is a seasoned sales and marketing professional who has worked for Fortune 100 companies such as Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Deloitte, and MCI Worldcom.
