McKinley Marketing Partners Promotes Flood, Hendershot
ALEXANDRIA, Va. (Jan. 30, 2017) — McKinley Marketing Partners has promoted Victoria Flood to Senior Director of Business Development and Marty Hendershot to Senior Director of Client Services. These changes will allow the firm to continue its focus on corporate growth and expansion into new markets.
Victoria Flood has nearly two decades of experience in marketing and an MBA from George Washington University. She’s adept at understanding clients’ needs and knows what it takes to cultivate business. Not only is she the driving force behind the sales team but she has implemented tighter workflow processes which help the company deliver results, faster.

Marty Hendershot has nearly a decade of experience in B2B and consumer marketing, strategic planning and program management, and a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences. He oversees Client Services and Marketing, and ensures company-wide objectives are met. “During Marty’s seven-year tenure we’ve experienced unparalleled growth. His expertise has proven invaluable and has allowed us to exceed our goals and objectives,” Aubuchon said.
